Reasonable salary system is the key to build the core competitiveness of enterprises. Excellent business managers are actively exploring the reasonable pay system to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and make the staff’s own goal and the enterprise development goals to have synergistic effect. Marketing is directly related to the development of the retail enterprise. Continuously and strongly incentive marketing personnel is the guarantee for the marketing work carried out rapidly. The enterprise should develop a reasonable salary system according to the characteristics of the industry, the competition environment and their own ability to incentive the staff and effectively control the cost of compensation.First of all, this paper introduces the classical payment theory and their further development situation, and then put forward the contents and the methods of this research. Choose the optimizing payment system for mobile phone saleperson of Changsha Samsung Electronics as the research object, in order to help enterprises build a efficient marketing team to adapt to the fierce competition. Firstly, this paper describes the basic situation of the Samsung Electronics, and analysised the advantages and disadvantages of the current payment system through internal and external investigation, and stressed the necessary to improve the payment system. Secondly, this paper optimizes the payment system for mobile phone saleperson of Changsha Samsung Electronics. On the basis of determining the general idea and the payment level, considering characteristics of the saleperson and the marketing position, this paper optimize the payment system for mobile phone saleperson. And concretely discusses the basic wage structure,目标管理appraisal optimization and performance salaries, welfare improvement strategy, the improvement of the bonus program and so on. Finally, the author evaluated the proposed payment improvement scheme, and points out the problems in implementation and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.On the basis of comprehensive considering internal and external conditions, and the specific conditions of Changsha Samsung Electronics, this study optimize the salary system to improve the human resources management level, enhance its competitiveness in the market, at the same time also provide reference for other related enterprises and departments.
