This is expected to be helpful for the MES theory to be applied in the mass customized production.The thesis did mainly the following research work referring to the above items:On the basis of study on messaging system and advanced management mode, it puts forward to new updated thinking through the combination between MC and MES aiming for global optimizationTaking advantage of up-to-date production management mode, it sets up integrated solution facing management of MC and MES in production management of metal melting industry, which realizes the integrated transformation and information interaction between Top ERP and Bottom PCS, and shows the entire optimization of production planning and scheduling, resulting in unifying of logistics, capital and information flows.Based on the above theory, we can put it into Y corp. as the practice experience. Combined with the actual condition&characteristics/features of metal melting industry, it can finalize the analysis of Y corp.’s messaging system.It well described on the structures, functions, processing of data and interface of the information-based system for metal melting industry.The integrated production management system for metals melting industry facing MC and MES developed and researched by this thesis taking the up-to-date production management concept as guideline. It applies advanced MES model and it realizes the integration of strategy and tactics by information-based system; It sets up the core competitiveness for metals melting industry through the utilization of model similar theory, reusability, overall features. Meanwhile, it needs the combination with the planning, dispatching and monitoring measures of MES system to realize the lower cost, better quality, prompt response as what it mentioned in previous description.
