On The Combination Mechanism Of Private Enterprise Culture And Ideological Political Work

With the pace of economic globalization, information dissemination, development of science and technology and international exchanges become more frequent, business survival business environment has also undergone a major change, China’s private enterprises are facing new business environment, opportunities and challenges. Enterprises not only to improve products, services, improve labor productivity and enhance core competitiveness to deal with competition, but also to undertake the social responsibility of reviving the economy. Corporate culture and the ideological and political work not only enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises but also provide the impetus for the development of enterprises.Corporate culture theory originated in Western countries, when this theory came to China, it was noticed by the scholars and widely spread and developed. It also became the channel of ideological and political work and enriched the content of ideological and political work. The ideological and political work is our unique advantages and it is result of combination of the party’s work and actual development of enterprise. The ideological and political work provides political protection to ensure the healthy development of enterprises. Combination of corporate culture and ideological and political work is a long process of learning each other and it also play an important role in rapid and stable development of enterprises.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the research background and significance. The second part describes the characteristics, role and problems of private enterprise culture construction and ideological and political work. In the third part, through analyzing the similarity and the difference between private enterprise culture construction and ideological and political work, this paper discusses the possibility and necessity of them. The fourth part is an important part of this paper. This part describes the mechanisms of combination, analyzes the role of them and gives relevant advice through case studies.Before writing, I sort out the results of previous research. Many articles have been previously discussed the relationship between private enterprise culture construction and ideological and political work, but the study of the mechanism was less and there is no specific recommendations now.
