Study On The Constrction Of The Private Enterprise In China

Since the30years after reform and opening up, China’s socialist market economicsystem has been established on the one hand, some scholars are interested in the secondventure of the private enterprise. on the other hand, the practice of a large number ofenterprises at home and abroad shows that the enterprise culture construction not only playa good role in the condensation of spiritual beliefs of the enterprise internal members, butalso indirectly affect the enterprise external marketing force and determines thedevelopment and the future management of the enterprise performance. But unfortunately,due to various reasons, China’s private enterprises did not pay much attention to theconstuction of the corporate culture. some scholars’ researches on private enterpriseculture is limited to a certain level. In fact, enterprise culture construction is a complicatedsystem, it not only closely related to enterprise founder, but has a deep relationship withthe traditional and national culture,and the macroeconomic environment and governmentbehavior also has effect on it. Based on these problems, this article attempts to analyze thesystem of private enterprise culture construction, and then put forward some feasiblesuggestions or countermeasures to the construction from the perspective of ideological andpolitical education and combined with the enterprise practice.In this paper, the research content can be summarized as the introductive papers,theoretical papers and practice papers. The first part is the introductive paper and mainlyinclude the background,the purposes and methods of the paper.The second part is thetheoretical paper, which mainly include the related theory of the paper. And the third andfourth part are the practical papers,which include the the analysis of the Sunning and itseach part of the corporate culture. Then the writer use the knowledge to analyze theproblems and reasons in the private enterprise culture construction in our country. In thefourth part, the paper puts forward the theorietical viewpoint and suggestions to solve theproblem.
