Today’s global knowledge explosion, knowledge workers become all enterprisesurvival and development of the key factors to reflect the growing importance of theknowledge worker. However, with the continuous development of social economyenterprise knowledge worker turnover rate increased year by year, the brain drain hasbecome a very common phenomenon, especially in IT companies, the loss of highfrequencies, as much as the loss of personnel, the impact of the deep, has so that businessexecutives have to pay attention to it. The high staff turnover rate, and the consequentincrease in costs, resources, resetting, loss of customers and other issues, seriouslyaffected the healthy development of the majority of enterprises, how to solve this problemto become entrepreneurs and managers experts focus of attention.IT private enterprises are based on knowledge production or mainly on knowledgeproduction, whose essential characters determine the strong dependence on knowledgestaff. Information, technology and originality are the main components of products. Inproducts and services, knowledge content is increasing, and to a great extent, enterprisedevelopment relies on the knowledge creation level. Therefore, knowledge staff alreadybecomes the key strategic resource during the development of IT private enterprises.This paper firstly states the overseas and domestic research status, purpose andsignificance, innovation and research methods, thoughts and basic framework. In the nextplace, introduce some related theories, the definition, features and demands of knowledgestaff, and also some job nature and characters of knowledge staff in IT private enterprises.Some basic theories of staff turnover include the concept, definition and classification ofstaff turnover and also its necessity and inevitability. Thirdly, analyze the status andinfluence about knowledge staff turnover of IT private enterprises. Then based on thequestionnaire, make an analysis on knowledge staff turnover of IT private enterprises.Verify the reliability of questionnaire by Cronbach’s alpha together with SPSS software,analyze each questionnaire factor by SPSS software, and evaluate the impact extent of factors by Fuzzy Synthesis Evaluation. Finally, in order to avoid knowledge staff turnoverof IT private enterprises in our country, put forward some solutions.The contribution of this paper is to confirm the main reason of knowledge staffturnover in IT private enterprises through the analysis on questionnaire result, thereby raisesome specific workable solutions of reducing knowledge staff turnover and retainingknowledge staff, so as to supply certain references to human resource management of otherIT private enterprises.
