Knowledge workers is the key factor to the enterprise existence and development in the knowledge-based economic age. Employee-leaving is a general phenomenon with economy developing, especially in IT enterprise. The number of turnover cases the frequency and the influences have caused many problems. All that makes the leaders of enterprises pay more attention to their employees. The high frequency of employees' leaving, and some other questions coming behind it, such as cost increasing, resource resetting, and drain of costumers, have blocked enterprises' health development. How to solve this problem becomes the focus to which enterprisers and management experts pay attention.IT enterprise is a kind of enterprise specially produce knowledge. Its essential characteristics make it having strong dependence on Knowledge workers. Because innovation, information and technology have more and more been component part of product , besides, the Knowledge workers is supporter of knowledge and technology, so it has been the strategic resource of enterprise.The first part of thesis is the introductory part which introduces the background, significance, the way and new of study, the main contents and structure of this article and research summary. Then it reviews the characteristics of knowledge workers and the characteristics of knowledge workers in IT enterprise. It introduces some basic theory, including the definition of Employee-leaving and Employee-flowing, the necessity of Employee-flowing and the fundamental model of Employee-leaving. It analyzes the present situation of Employee-leaving in Chinese IT enterprise and the big losses to firms made by the losing of knowledge workers. The most important segment is the part that uses questionnaire investigation to analyze the reasons of Knowledge workers ' turnover in Chinese IT enterprise and provides several advice to the present situation of Employee-leaving in Chinese IT enterprise.The contribution of this paper is that built the turnover of employees cost and forecast conception, made some operable measures to reduce the drain of Knowledge workers and retain the Knowledge workers, supply a good human resource management for other IT enterprise.
