Underwent a transformation, high-tech SMEs usually put the main energy into the adjustment of the strategic and organizational structure, and pay less attention to human resource issues. At the same time, because the economic benefits during the transition period will keep a noticeable decline, many employees will gradually lose the confidence in the enterprise, and be dissatisfied with the slowly increased salary. All of the above will lead to the turnover of a large number of staff. If the enterprises want to maintain a sustained development, it must depend on the competitive advantage, knowledge workers. Therefore, the enterprises must take some active and effective measures to stimulate the employee's passion and retain them.Firstly, the introduction included the research context, goal, implication, methods, structure and the main contents. Secondly, after the introduction about the J Company background and the developing status of Human Resource Management, the employee turnover, the research subject of the article, was brought forward as well as the impact and cause analysis of the employee turnover. Thirdly, through the analysis of the Staff Satisfaction Questionnaire the Human Resource Management problems of J Company was discussed in the factors such as the corporate vision, the job reward, the work atmosphere and the corporate management. Then, based on the third part the paper proposed some countermeasures that can effectively retain staffs. They included enhancing the vision communication, adjusting the corporate culture, redesigning the job detail, changing the motivating measures and strengthening the leadership. At the same time the paper advised the enterprise to adopt some methods that could reduce the effect because of the unexpected employee turnover such as the knowledge management, the job rotation and the key position setting.As a private SME, J Company has some commonalities with the other SMEs in the Human Resource Management. But the feather that it was High-tech SMEs demanded that it must pay more attention in the knowledge workers. At last, the paper put forward to give some reference suggestions to the parallelism SMEs from the aspect of the management philosophy, the management system and the management change.
