With the development of the rapid development of economy, the real estate industryhas become an important pillar industry in the new stage in China, playing a more andmore important role. The stable development of low-income housing estate, isconducive to maintain steady and rapid growth of the national economy, is conduciveto meet the basic housing consumption demand of the masses, is conducive to therealization of the goal of building a well-off society, is of great social significance.To be more specific, the corporate culture of the real estate industry is the fundamentis a kind of management culture, which is based on the enterprisevalues based, integrating marketing mode, system model, the brand concept and othercultures. Real estate enterprise culture has all the same characteristics with othersectors, but because of the real estate industry has the characteristics of advance and soon, a good corporate culture and a good reputation image is particularly important to thereal estate industry.Nowadays, the real estate industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Thereal estate enterprises are facing more and more pressure and challenges, facing of thenew situation, more and more real estate enterprises started to pay attention to itslong-term development, and began to recognize the great significance of building agood corporate culture. The real estate enterprises can take this to strengthen internalmanagement, improve the staff’s working enthusiasm and establish a good image of theenterprise, improve enterprise brand value, so as to gain a firm foothold in the marketcompetition.By introducing the corporate culture value model of Quinn, the paper formed a set ofevaluation for enterprise culture value methods by measuring the value of corporateculture according to the four dimension coordinate axisformation. Application ofthis method can construct the guidance of real estate enterprise culture, according to theevaluation of cultural value, the article expounds the two concepts of realestate enterprise culture construction: people-oriented, advocating harmony. People oriented is to regard people as the fundamental starting point of enterprisemanagement and development, make full use of human resource management, in-depthexcavation of talent resources, mobilization of staff enthusiasm andcreativity, so asto build a good enterprise culture; promoting harmony refers to enterprises should striveto build a harmonious external environment for developmentand harmoniousinternal corporate culture atmosphere.In the last part, the paper puts forward three specific measures to strengthen the teambuilding, enhance the awareness of innovation and social responsibility to build a realestate enterprise culture. Real estate enterprises’ goal is to keep the high-speed growthof sales performance, the good performance of customer service, pursue the efficientinternal management and orderly, ultimately achieve the maximization of wealth. Thethree specific measures for building a good corporate culture, have a practical guidingsignificance to realize the ultimate goal of the enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to put forward specific measures for the construction ofreal estate enterprise culture, to provide the reference for the real estatebusinessmanagers in the development of the transition period through the comparison andanalysis of advanced development experience of the developed country enterpriseculture. At present, the culture construction of real estate enterprises in our country hasacquired some achievements, but the system has not been formed yet. Culturalconstruction, enterprise value and service view still need further development, and thetheoretical achievements of real estate enterprise culture is still notcommon. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance of theresearch on China’s real estate enterprise culture, this is also an important reason that Ichoose this topic to conduct the research.
