It is important to guarantee a certain amount of funds for the beginning of the establishment or development of good corporate, but not enough to keep business development, financing and refinancing is necessary. Corporate finance for different purposes, some enterprises in order to maintain their operations, some enterprises to repay corporate debt, some enterprises to expand the size. This kind of enterprises as a weak industry, financing the primary consideration of lower cost, with less risk of endogenous financing, which can not meet the needs of enterprise development, so external financing is a good choice. Chapter three analyzed the situation of the these enterprises of the city circle, from the Yangtze River Delta city group in Wuhan city circle financing environment. Yangtze River economic belt is the backbone of the geographical area, Wuhan city circle and the Yangtze River Delta city group are the important nodes. Chapter four made SPSS data analysis of the enterprises financing of two circles, according to the results of the analysis, indicts the financial problems. Through the problem of financing proposed for the analysis in the previous chapters and constructed to meet the the enterprises of Wuhan city circle financing mechanisms targeted bold assumptions, Chapter five optimize the strategy of the financing mechanisms of these enterprises.
