Research On Financing Strategies Of Agricultural Products Processing Enterprises In Hainan

Hainan has a unique tropical island climate and superior environmental resources,and has a unique advantage in developing tropical agriculture with characteristics.However,in the past 30 years since the establishment of the Special Economic Zone in Hainan Province,the development of Hainan's agriculture has made considerable progress,but its level of development does not match its natural resources,and even more with Hainan Province and even the country.There is still a big gap between the development goals.There are many restrictive factors for Hainan's agricultural development,among which,the backward processing of Hainan's agricultural products is a very prominent factor,and the financing problem of agricultural products processing enterprises is an important factor leading to the backward processing of Hainan's agricultural products.There are many studies on enterprise financing,but few focus on the processing of agricultural products enterprises,less involved in the financing of Hainan agricultural products processing enterprises.On the basis of investigating the scale of agricultural products processing enterprises in Hainan Province,this study uses statistical analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,combines the characteristics of Hainan agricultural products processing industry and Hainan Island Economic development,from financing channels,financing amount,financing period,financing cost,financing risk.and other aspects of Hainan agricultural products processing enterprises financing status,problems and reasons for in-depth discussion.According to the investigation and analysis,there are some problems in financing of Hainan agricultural products processing enterprises,such as single financing channel,less amount of financing than the actual needs of enterprises,mismatch between financing period and the cycle of enterprise capital withdrawal,relatively high financing cost,and greater financing credit risk.The causes of these financing problems involve many aspects.The characteristics of high-risk and low-return industries in Hainan's agricultural products processing industry and the irregular management of enterprises themselves are the direct reasons for the financing difficulties of enterprises,while the factors such as the inadequate implementation of relevant fiscal and taxation support policies and the drawbacks of financial system are indirect constraints of corporate finance.In order to solve the financing dileimma of Hainan agricultural products processing enterprises,we should first reduce the financing risk of agricultural products processing enterprises by improving the internal operation and development level of agricultural products processing enterprises,improving government fiscal and taxation support policies,agricultural insurance system and enterprise information platform construction to improve the positive bank credit support.Secondly,by adding bank service outlets.and innovating financial products,Hainan financial institutions cannot meet the financing needs of agricultural products processing enterprises in terms of the amount and duration of financing.Thirdly,by increasing the insurance coverage and amount of credit guarantee products of policy guarantee institutions,innovative financing insurance can be achieved.Varieties and other ways to improve the credit financing guarantee system of agricultural products processing enterprises in Hainan Province to solve the financing guarantee problem of agricultural products processing enterprises.Fourth,by improving the capital market financing system to broaden the financing channels of agricultural products processing enterprises.
