Research On Financing Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Products Processing Enterprises In Liaoning Province, Panshan County Of Panjin City

Agricultural products processing enterprises is an important content of the construction of modern agriculture, this is a very important industry which related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood, the quality of life and human health is also closely related. In the areas of agricultural efficiency, labor and employment, farmer?s income increasing, Agricultural products processing enterprises play an important role. Agricultural products processing enterprises in the development process is facing serious financial bottleneck constraints, considering its contribution in solving the problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", the treatment from formal financial institutions is not fair. The author summarizes the development of the agricultural products processing enterprises in China before 2014 as well as the main problems of agricultural processing enterprises in China. And then summarizes the financing policies of the State Council, the Ministry of agriculture and bank financial institutions in recent years. At last, discusses the financing problem of agricultural enterprises in China.
