Since reform and opening-up，the Chinese government attaches great importanceto food safety problem，the construction of the new food safety system is an importantdirection of we have been exploring。At present，the research on food safety issues fora lot of scholars both at home and abroad，has made many achievements。Systematically reviews the relevant research literature is presented in this paper，onthe basis of the cold chain of pork traceability system study this problem。This paperrespectively from the body of the system elements，object elements，methods andfacilities means four aspects carries on the analysis，the factor analysis of pork chaintraceability system。Integrated the actual situation of our cold chain of pork，porkproducts from farming to sales of the production process，aiming at the main factorsinfluencing the quality of pork products，breeding, slaughtering，marketing analysisstage and logistics stage on pork quality influential factors。Adopt the method of batchtraceability， and combined with the actual information of our pig breedingslaughtering，design and construction of the network architecture，puts forward theC/S and B/S structure of pork product traceability system architecture of informationsystem，as an important means of pork chain traceability system，before the analysisasthe basis，analyzes the structure and function of the system，the network architectuand database design，etc。Specific questions。...
