Research On Early-warning Of Aquatic Products Supply Chain

Along with the nutrition and value of aquatic products being understood bypeople gradually，both of the market and demand of aquatic products are expandingyear by year．Although the production and export are growing in our country，therisk events of aquatic products are also often happen．Despite many countries in theworld have been drawn up the related management measures and our country hasalso introduced all kinds of rules and regulations to control the risk，the complexityof aquatic products supply chain decides the difficulties of its managementtasks．The paper argues that it is significant for controlling the aquatic productsupply chain risk to analyze its features and the important risk factors，to formulatethe relevant early-warning measures．Based on the theory of supply chain management，risk management and earlywarning management，this paper analyzes the features，types and formationmechanism of the aquatic products supply chain risk．This paper also analyzes theweight of aquatic product supply chain risk factors，and sets up a risk early-warningindex system．At the same time，it formulates a targeted risk early-warningmechanism，ultimately improving the degree of the risk-control in the aquaticproduct supply chain．This thesis mainly completed such work as follows：（1）According to the characteristics of aquatic products，the features andclassification of the aquatic products supply chain are analyzed in theory．Thenthrough summarizing aquaculture related events in recent years，this paper analyzesthe primary，secondary risks involved in the events and the relation of theserisks．Selecting two of these risk factors combined with the Angle model ofcatastrophe theory，it finally expounds the forming mechanism of the aquaticproduct supply chain risk．（2）To assess the aquatic products supply chain risk，the author selects theSouth China aquatic products wholesale market in Wuhan to obtain relevant data by using questionnaire survey．Through the data statistics and the analytic hierarchyprocess（AHP），it calculates and sorts the weight of all risk factors of the aquaticproducts supply chain．（3）To set up the supply chain risk early-warning system of aquatic products，this paper firstly analyzes the basic composition，structure and working process ofthe system．Secondly，it sets up the supply chain risk early-warning index system ofaquatic products．Thirdly，the paper calculates the total risk value by assignmentexpression of each risk early-warning indicator combined with the models．Finally，it establishes the aquatic products supply chain risk early-warning mechanism，including the daily monitoring mechanism，organization guarantee mechanism andsystem guarantee mechanism．...
