"Daewoo Paper" Company Cost Internal Control Improvement

Establishing the cost of corporate internal control system for the production and operation have a key role in the enterprises. At present, most Chinese enterprises have established the system, however, most of them just recognize the cost of comprehensive internal controls, do not have enough sufficient. Companies mostly have just some of financial management system, such as the cost accounting system, comprehensive budget management system, business entertains cost management system, travel expenses borrowing and expense reimbursement system, etc, rather than establishing comprehensive internal control system of costs and expenses. Most of these systems cost only as part of the internal control systems exist independently, not combined together to form a complete system for system. In order to solve this problem, this paper discusses basic theories of costs expenses internal control and analyses current situation. Problems existed in DAEWOO Paper Manufacturing and raises corresponding solutions to consummate internal control system of cost expenses in this company.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction to the study of the background and significance of the article to be introduced. And review the relevant literature and describes the costs of internal control. Including basic concept of the internal control, the relationship of internal control and corporate governance as well as theories concerning internal control of costs and expenses. The second chapter tells the basic theories for the internal control in costs and expenses, Firstly, concept and basic content of internal control are introduced. Then the paper demonstrates rationale of internal control in cost and expenses to prove the necessity of it. Besides, the paper concludes features of tobacco industry and internal control of costs and expenses in tobacco industry. The third chapter takes Daewoo Paper Manufacturing as an example, the system analyzes the cost of internal control business processes, starting from the existing state of the cost of internal controls, identify its problems. Chapter4, various the third chapter, find Daewoo Paper Manufacturing cost problems of internal controls, then identify and propose practical solutions and suggestions. Chapter5, the paper provides how to make the DAEWOO Paper Manufacturing internal cost control efforts are protected, how to improve the internal control environment.
