Analysis Of Selling Expenses Control Of H-AK Communication Company

The control of selling expenses is vitally important for the development of a company. It is, not only the guarantee of sales target but also an indispensable element of company development. As a constituent part of company expense, it plays the role of increasing income and reducing expenditure. The control of selling expenses is one of the most important contents in AK Mobile Communications Company and it's result affects the economical benefit directly. By effectively control the selling expenses, we can reducing or eliminating waste and save resources.The literature and theoretical research, Quantitative and qualitative research and Comparative analysis of the Combination of methods are adopted in this paper. Firstly was a brief introduction about the theory of selling expense control. Then the author took H-AK Mobile Communication Company as an example, illustrated the problem and it's cause by combining current situation with particularity of selling expenses among mobile phone industry. Thirdly, solutions about those problems were given.The author believes that the control of selling expenses should be comprehensive. For the budget of selling expenses, a science project as well as an important role is needed in order to build a full-scale budget. For the management of selling expenses, the company should take an overall management through five aspects:the assessment of value creation; the platform of technic; the management system; the central of responsibility; the management of budget. For approval process, the professional quality of employees and incentive system should be improved based on the enhancement of stricter approval process in order to reduce the corruption.
