Application Of Network Planning Technology On Petrochemical Enterprise

Project management is to plan,organize and control the project, which is a systemengineering of dynamic development and needs for multidisciplinary,multi sector,multitechnical coordination.In project management,program position is very important,and networkplanning technique is an important method of project management.This paper introduces thenetwork planning technology and project management related to theoretical knowledge,theimportant technical method and the domestic and foreign research and application,and on thisbasis, taking Yulin refinery1.5million tons/year atmospheric device Improvement projectsand configuration projects as an example,the research on network planning technology inproject management of the construction of petrochemical enterprises,provides the theoryreference data and scientific decision basis for petrochemical enterprises of same or similarproject management of construction and practice,has certain theory significance and thepractice significance.This paper used the methods of theoretical research and empirical analysiscombining,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combining.Firstly, this paperexpounded the theoretical system of network planning technology and application of thegeneral model,combed the existing literature, preliminary commented domestic and foreignresearch on network planning technique.Secondly,based on existing literature and relevanttheory, analysed of the applicability on network planning technique for the petrochemicalenterprise,identified problems encountered by petrochemical enterprises when networkplanning technique is used.Third,the network planning technology was applied to Yulinrefinery1.5million tons/year atmospheric device Improvement projects and configurationprojects,and proposed the implementation of network planning technology assurancemeasures.
