The Research Of Risk Management In H Bank's Financing Project

In recent years,the operating environment of Chinese commercial banks is complex and chaotic.Especially,the commercial banks is the navigator of Chinese finance sector.For the commercial banks' revenue structure,loan proceed is the largest part,thus the credit risk is the main one which domestic commercial banks face now.As a traditional joint stock commercial bank,H bank also has the same situation.The Bank will lose a mass of customers as a result of high NPL with low revenue due to the inefficient credit risk management and control.The only way for the H Bank to improve competitive and increase revenue is innovating the system,policy,methods and technology of the credit risk management.Risk management is a common principle in economy and our daily life,but there is less deeply research and efficient usage for the significance of it.In this research,we use the financing project of Group A as a case which is a famous construction enterprise within the province.As a listed company,Group A has the complete financial management system with the good capacity and mature financing conditions,it is the strategic customer of H Bank.For the H bank,the application of advanced credit risk management concept and building of systematic risk management mechanism make the significant influence on the publishing of H Bank's policy.This research presents practicable countermeasure and suggestion through the conclusion of H Banks' risk management policy and risk prevention & control measures,collecting the relevant reference,analyzing the factors of H bank's credit risk,discussing the methods to reduce the NPL risk combining Group A'soperation,use of loan,resource of repayment and other financial data.Through sufficient and efficient research,presenting applicable measure for the financing project of Group A in H Bank,meanwhile settling H Bank's risk crisis of financing project.
