The competition between Banks are increasingly fierce, And the category of competition also gradually from the traditional business to finance operations, The development of personal financial services business, with its huge potential has become a focus direction of the current bank. But in terms of the current situation, our country commercial bank individual financing business compared with foreign commercial Banks still a huge gap, There is a lack of product innovation, lack of professional financial personnel, market segmentation is not enough, and many other problems, And these problems have become restrict the shackles of our country commercial bank individual financing business development, So The Research of commercial bank financial business strategy optimization is to achieve the healthy development of our country commercial bank individual financing business.In this paper, on the basis of inheriting predecessors’ research results analyzed the theory about the development of the commercial bank financial products, to provide guidance, through the theoretical analysis of practice and introduces the development course and the present situation of domestic and foreign financial products and experience is worthy of reference for the development of Shanghai pudong development bank financial products.
