With the further development of global economy and trade liberalization, the open of China has been developing continuously after entrancing WTO. The new layout of global economy has been created. The Chinese privately owned enterprises have to step ahead with no route of retreat. It is the inevitable trend the private enterprises move towards economic globalization, as well as an inevitable choice. These privately-owned enterprises have played an important role on the global platform and are becoming the indispensable power of China economy.This thesis is created and studied on the base of global marketing strategy of Hanking Precision Bearing Co.(Below is shorten for HKPB), which is a new privately owned enterprise located in Shenyang of China. Under the actual situation of HKPB and global industry environment, this thesis is analyzed and studied with the reference of competitors or clients. Since HKPB was founded less than one year and is a totally new enterprise with zero overseas sales record in the market, this thesis provides accurate analysis and study to HKPB. It will enhance the ability of HKPB with planning and lower risk to develop overseas market. The writer believes a system study can guide the route of international strategy in soon and improve the brand reputation. Through the entrancing global market strategy study of HKPB, together with actual development status, products and brand strategy, the enterprise can be guided into the international competence environment with solid theory base. All these are aimed for a raised benefit and global brand. Therefore, the study of this thesis is essential with guiding significance for HKPB to enter global market and gain revenues from it.To enter the global market promptly and get more income and reputation, this thesis analyze the current status of HKPB with details, with analysis methods of PEST, SWOT etc. The competence environment, strength, opportunity and threat standing in front of HKPB can be found here. With all these analysis, the marketing strategy and implementation is gained. This thesis is based upon this background and detailed study the entering global market strategy of HKPB.
