Most of their products are sale by agents, thus there are competitions among the agencies in market. After more than ten years of rapid development competition situation is changed from the growth rate for leading to development quality for leading. It is becoming the key to the agent’s survival and development in the next stage that the management is advanced or not.HL Company is a private and joint-stock enterprise and it primarily sells the construction machinery products, provides users with after-sale service and fittings supply, and provides the market information for producers. In the past two years, foreign producers and dealers quickly enter china and domestic product range is rapidly raised, which made the market competition become fiercer. Growth rate of HL Company was20%lower than that of whole industry therefore company faced problmes about how to develop further.This paper HL Company is the object of study, against the problems that HL Company would confront in its developing, according to the theory of strategy management and management processes we firstly analyzed the external environment of HL Company to find the opportunities and risks which they are facing. Secondly we investigated the internal resources and environment of HL Company to summarized the superiority and inferiority of development. Then we made the goal and strategy of development according to the analysis conclusion of external and internal situation of HL Company. Finally we elaborated the specific measures of implementing strategy in HL Company.These studies may be used for reference of implement of the strategic management in HL Company. |
