The Research On The Development Strategy Of SDK Company

Since the 13 th Five-Year Plan,the state has promulgated a series of policies on vigorously promoting the construction of ecological agriculture and the development of agricultural intelligent equipment.It has promoted the rapid development of our country's agricultural machinery industry,promoted the continuous increase of the state agricultural machinery products and production capacity.How some manufacturers focusing on newly developed agricultural machinery can adapt to the market and grow well in the market has become particularly urgent.In this article,the strategy management theory has been used as the guidance and the SDK Company has been analyzed as the research object.Firstly,PEST tools are applied to analyze the macro-environment of politics,economy,culture and technology.Secondly,the development of the whole industry is described comprehensively,and the competitive environment in the industry is analyzed by using Porter's five-force model,in order to have an overall understanding of the SDK Company.Thirdly,from the two aspects of the company's resources and capabilities,a more detailed analysis is conducted.Then,the SWOT method is applied to analyze the opportunities,risks,advantages and disadvantages of the company.Finally,based on those results,some strategic objectives and development plans suitable for the SDK Company are proposed,and the corresponding strategic measures for the realization of the strategic objectives are also proposed.On the one hand,this study will help the SDK Company to make itsown development strategy according to the existing macro-and micro-environment,and will help can the company to focus on innovation and enterprise capacity-building,thus becoming the leader in the field of protective agricultural machinery in our country.On the other hand,it is expected that this study can be a reference for Chinese enterprises in the field of agricultural machinery subdivision.
