Research On The Approach Of Constructing Core Competitiveness In XL Fertilizer Co.Ltd

This paper takes XL Fertilizer Company as the research object. The company is facing many practical problems such as:raw materials, energy and labor costs continous rising; marketing situation downturn of the state; research and development apartment and innovation capability insufficient; marketing channel not smooth, and so on. In front of these serious problems, the company needs to seek survival, and strive to develop in these many challenges and difficulties, which is the emphasis of the paper. So the article is study of the construction the core competence in XL Fertilizer company problem.Firstly, the paper makes many collection, interpretation and summary on the theory of the core competence. At the same time, paper introduced the influence factors of enterprise core competitiveness theory, and pointed out the significance of this study. Secondly, the paper used SWOT and five forces model analysis of enterprise internal environment and the industry environment, and made analysis of the impact factors of the core competence of enterprises. The influence factors of the core competence of XL fertilizer companies are:obtain resources ability, technology innovation ability, management ability and marketing ability. Finally, the paper through the analysis on the influence factors of the core competence of XL fertilizer company constructs had the pointed countermeasure and proposal objectively and scientificly.This first step is identification core competences of XL Fertilizer Company, the second step is construction design process of the core competence of the enterprise, and the third step is making the enterprise core competence construction strategy implementation.
