With the rapid development of the global economy in recent years,many domestic and foreign enterprises in the broader market prospects for the development of the premise,it also faces a more challenging market environment.Enterprises in this fierce competition in the market environment,the harvest of considerable vested interests,it is necessary to assess the situation,in the intricate market competition to recognize their own development advantages and disadvantages,and constantly enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.For the research area of the core competitiveness of enterprises,the research time and space are in the beginning stage,so the research results of the core competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprises are very few in the theoretical literature data.Based on the above problems,this thesis starts from the understanding of the core competence of the manufacturing enterprises by combining the deductive and qualitative and quantitative data analysis process.Based on the analysis and system analysis of the whole text,to further enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises in the field,so that the field of theoretical research results continues to improve and enrich.This thesis firstly analyzes and explains the main influence of the core competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprises in the light of the basic connotation of the manufacturing enterprise and the characteristics and essence of the manufacturing industry's own industry.Secondly,from the status quo of China's manufacturing industry,the development of China's manufacturing industry,manufacturing advantages,manufacturing disadvantages,and then for the current stage of China's manufacturing industry in the existing problems,put forward the need to build the core competitiveness evaluation and systematically expounded the purpose,process and principle of the system construction.Then,we choose BK as the object of this thesis,and use the questionnaire to filter the evaluation index.Finally,we use the resource acquisition ability index,the manufacturing ability index,the management ability index,the innovation ability index,the marketing ability index and the enterprise culture six This thesis constructs the evaluation index system of BK's core competence by using 27 specific indexes,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assign and test the weight of the expert judgment matrix of the relevant indicators to determine the weight of each index.Then,using the newly constructed core competence evaluation index system,taking BK Company as the empirical object,the evaluation system constructed in this thesis is tested and practiced.Finally,according to the overall score of BK's core competitiveness,this thesis puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for BK to enhance the core competitiveness from the point of view of perfecting enterprise management level,improving enterprise innovation ability,enhancing enterprise marketing ability and promoting enterprise culture innovation.Through the research of this thesis,we can effectively allocate the existing scarce resources and management ability of BK Company so that it can make full use of the external market resources more rationally,and then continue to apply to enhance the core competitiveness of BK company to adapt to the times Development requirements.
