Internet economy is changing China ’s developing economy, the real estate industry is noexception. Although the real estate e-commerce is not used large-scale, which bears a hugemarket outlook has become increasingly clear. The Real estate and other industries areaffected by the global E-commerce. Under the e-commerce environment, commercial realestate companies will change the way they operate, and there may be new processes andpatterns. Along with the economic competition is becoming increasingly fierce, involved inthe real estate e-commerce will become the future industry leader has been recognized as themajority of real estate enterprises.Real estate for E-commerce is the real estate industry electronic commerce usingelectronic commerce technologies start all-round marketing, namely the application of theconcept of e-commerce, technology in real estate, real estate enterprises with the help ofdigital information technology to understand the intention customer potential demandtendency, to provide products and services of the consumer, and as far as possible convenient,fast transaction and the products and services delivered to clients in a timely manner. Theadvantages of personalized, automation of electronic commerce for real estate, for enterprisesto increase revenue, reduce costs, establish and strengthen relationship with customers toprovide convenient.Although the real estate electronic commerce is so attractive, the real estate transactionrisk of e-commerce can not be ignored. As ordinary users, how to correctly understand therisks of real estate in e-commerce transactions has become an important part of the success ofthe transaction, the transaction risk is essential for successful trading. In this paper, based onthe theory of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, the real estate electronic commerce risk isdivided into pre trade risk, trade risk, trade risk, which mainly comprises a risk, environmentrisk, marketing risk, the real estate commodity transaction risk, competition risk, purchasingprocess smooth transaction risk assessment then, analysis and evaluation process of real estatee-commerce transaction uncertainty factors of transaction risk and results, specific measuresare given to prevent the real estate e-commerce transaction risk control, in order to improveconsumer transaction risk recognition ability, so that consumers can evade the real estatetransaction risk of e-commerce, making real estate electronic commerce transactions can bepopular, popularization.
