Research On Safety Production Risk Assessment And Risk Control Of Company

Recently, there were many catastrophic accidents safety production related happened in China, it caused a large amount of the economical lost, and meanwhile it damaged the national image and reputation. Hence, Safety Production is attracting more attention from the public. There will be no development without safety, the scientific & sustainable development shall insist on the principle of Safety Always.Safety production risks evaluation is the fundamental tasks of safety production management. In this dissertation, A company will be taken as an example, which is a typical machining manufacturer. By studying full operation processes within the company, the area was separated into 4 zones for risks and hazards identification, and creating the safety production risks evaluation index system. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method will be used for the risks evaluation subsequently.Based on the results of risks evaluation, to discuss how to implement the risks control in A company from the perspective of resources investment, KPI, hazards control measures and risks intervention and monitoring for the purpose of risks reduction or elimination, to ensure the safety of employees and assets. In the end, to establish the safety control system based on risks evaluation for upgrading the safety production management performance fundamentally in A company.
