The development of corporate culture of state-owned enterprises are inseparable with China’s reform and opening up, economic competition breaking down the national boundaries, the world economy has been integrated. This makes the state-owned enterprises withstand the dual pressures-competition from local enterprises with excellent enterprises of developed countries all over the world. State-owned enterprises are the main force of China’s economy, and how to highlight their own strength and uniqueness, to seize the market, is the main problem faced by state-owned enterprises in such a fierce competition. Successful companies have developed corporate culture,seen from domestic and international business development process. Therefore, that China’s state-owned enterprises to strengthen corporate culture construction which uses ideological and political work for the guidance, in-depth study and practice of state-owned enterprise culture, the formation of our unique corporate culture, and constantly promote the development of state-owned enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, have important theoretical significance and practical value.Enterprise development proved that corporate culture construction is not only the reality that the state-owned enterprises facing the world competition can not avoid, but also the process a certain stage of developing enterprise must go through, during thirty years of reform and opening up. In response, this paper introduces the purpose and significance of the research, ideas and methods of the study, the basic content and innovation of the research, for the purpose of studying the ideological and political work and corporate culture of state-owned enterprises effectively to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. And give a general review of ideological and political work and the state-owned enterprise culture, summarize the meaning and characteristics of ideological and political work, as well as its effect on the economic efficiency of enterprises. Summarize the Content,features, functions and structure of the corporate culture, analyze the relationship of the ideological and political work and corporate culture of state-owned enterprises.For State-owned enterprise culture construction problems, there are many countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems,on the basis of theoretical explanations. That new era, state-owned enterprises pay more attention to updating ways of the ideological and political work, emphasis on the people-oriented team building of ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises, as well as establishing and improving work mechanism of the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises, for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises.analysis How to adhere to the joint development of the ideological and political work and corporate culture in state-owned enterprises, and the core of corporate culture is values, to create soft power of corporate culture. At the same time learn experience of successful corporate from foreign countries, in order to improve corporate culture of state-owned enterprises and analysis other relevant aspects, to enhance the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.
