Ideological and political work is the lifeline of economic work and all the other work. Meanwhile, the guidance of ideological and political work is of vital significance in the process of the development of state-owned enterprises. However, some state-owned enterprises only give priority to the profit maximization, ignoring the ideological and political work, or even lacking of the long-term mechanism of the work in most of state-owned enterprises. Thus, it has been a phenomenon that the staffs work without passion and are absent from their ideals and beliefs. What's more, as for some other state-owned enterprises, although they have been carrying out ideological and political work, the way to work is outdated and superficial, the thoughts of the staffs are out of reach and the work efficiency is not obvious. Corporate culture, as a kind of management culture, was introduced into our country from abroad in the 1980s. Nowadays, with the fierce international competition, corporate culture, which plays a key role in soft power of enterprises, has been attached great importance by enterprises themselves. Corporate culture, together with the ideological and political work, has lots of mutual junction in content while has its own unique innovation point, so according to explore the role of corporate culture in the ideological and political work of the state-owned enterprise, we can put forward some corresponding countermeasures and methods by combining the two points and then promote the smooth development of the work even better.The article mainly uses the methods of theoretical exposition as well as verifying examples. First of all, the article demonstrates the basic concepts of the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises and corporate culture, and then presents the differences and similarities from the perspective of the basic concept, feature and function. The second chapter mainly discusses the efficient achievement in ideological and political work of the state-owned enterprise at present and the existing problems. Furthermore, it depicts the development context of the ideological and political work in Shenhua ZhunGeEr energy co., LTD and its enterprise culture, and find out their mutual effect on the practical work. The third chapter of the article analyzes the integration of the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises and corporate culture from the perspective of the principles, strategies and methods so that we can accomplish the ultimate goal of the paper and find the approaches of their combination.
