With the development of economic globalization, informationization, intellectualization,network, the survival and development of enterprises external environment become more andmore serious. Conflicts among enterprise internal body seriously affect the development ofenterprises. In view of the present situation of enterprise, only from the internal can enterpriseimprove employee relationship quality to meet the demand of future development. Throughstudying the factors that influence employee relationship quality, this paper seeks approach toimprove the quality of employee relationship and provides suggestions for promoting thedevelopment of enterprises.Based on the literature study of the relationship quality and the employee relationshipbetween domestic and foreign, this article defines the connotation of employee relationshipquality; Based on leader-member exchange theory, cusp theory, double factors theory andsocial relations theory, employee relationship quality is divided into three dimensions, whichincludes enterprises and employees relationship quality, managers and employees relationshipquality, employees and employees relationship quality. These dimensions can be measuredfrom trust, commitment, satisfaction. This paper summarizes the five factors of employeerelationship quality as communication factors, job factors, business factors, manager factorsand personal factors, qualitative analyzes how each factor influence employee relationshipquality, puts forward the research hypothesis of employee relationship quality, constructs theresearch model of employee relationship quality. By designing the scientific questionnaireand collecting the first-hand data, and using statistical analysis software for SPSS17.0toqualitative analyze reliability and validity of survey data and employee relationship quality.Through the structural equation fitting analyzes research model of employee relationshipquality, verifies the validity of the model, corrects model path, verifies important targetvariable of the employee relationship quality, finds out the important factors that influenceemployee relationship quality, puts forward the path that could improve employeerelationship quality. For example, establishing the cornerstone of the employees andemployees relationship quality and increasing the level of trust, grasping the key of managersand employees relationship quality and improving level of commitment, seizing thefundamental of enterprises and employees relationship quality and improving level ofsatisfaction.
