Study on the Influence of Hotel Employee Relationship Management on Employee Turnover Intention Summary The departure of employees is a common phenomenon in the hotel industry.This has led to an increase in the hotel's labor costs,lower employee morale,and obstructions to hotel operations.The existing research shows that employee relations hip management is an effective means to reduce employee turnover and is adopted by many industries.However,whether the hotel employee relationship management can inhibit hotel employee turnover tends to be a good deterrent.The employee relationship management of the hotel affects employee turnover.What is the internal mechanism of inclination and less literature relates to it.Based on this,taking the hotel staff as the research object,the relationship between hotel employee relationship management and turnover intention was explored.The employee satisfaction mechanism was used as an intermediary variable to explain the mechanism of employee relationship management affecting turnover intention,and the construction of an intermediary regulation was based on the work motivation as a moderating variable.The effect model analyzes the influence of work motivation on the relationship between employee relationship management and employee satisfaction,which is conducive to enriching the research results of employee relationship management and turnover intention,and providing a theoretical system for institutional employee relationship management measures and measuring employee relationship management effectiveness.With suggestions.Based on the above research content,employee satisfaction was divided into three dimensions:organizational satisfaction,job satisfaction,and emotional commitment.Workmotivation was divided into three dimensions:survival motivation,relationship motivation,and growth motivation.The study was conducted on star-rated hotel employees in Hainan.Subject,using SPSS 19.0 software,adopts a regression analysis method to empirically test the main effects of employee relationship management and turnover intention,employee satisfaction and its three dimensional mediating effects,work motivation,and its three dimensional adjustment effect.Conclusions:(1)The hotel employee relationship management significantly reduces the turnover tendency of employees;(2)The hotel employee relationship management is mainly to reduce the employee turnover tendency by improving the employee's job satisfaction and emotional commitment,and to organize the satisfaction to the hotel staff.The mediating effect of relationship between relationship management and turnover intention is not significant;(3)In the work motivation,the survival motivation only weakens the relationship between employee relationship management and employee satisfaction,employee relationship management,and job satisfaction.Relationship motivation only strengthens employees.Relationship between relationship management and organizational satisfaction,and growth Regulation effect is not significant.
