For the world is in a stage of economic integration of ourbusinesses, to learn the essence of successful companies in the development processof accumulation and accurate grasp of the strategic elements of business success, witha very far-reaching significance.This thesis learns from the domestic and international diversification theory andpractice, takes China Resources Group (CRC) as an example to elaborate thedevelopment, transformation, and implementation of CRC’s diversification strategy,and attempts to explore some learning points for the domestic enterprises. This thesis,by combining theory and case study, investigation, and Inductive and deductivemethods, investigates CRC’s diversification strategy on spot, observing, analyzing,and summarizing, and then draws the conclusion with both theory and evidence bases.The learning that CRC’s success presents us includes that a strategy is essentialfor an enterprise, a Chinese enterprise should choose to be diversified or not base onits own situation, profit first operation model could provide a solid p latform fordiversification while growth operation model could not, and there is no bestorganization structure but the most suitable one. All in all, Chinese enterprises shouldchoose the suitable development strategy according to the characteristics of t heenvironment and their own situation. |
