Research On The Management And Financial Strategy Of G Group Under The Background Of Diversification Strategy

With the deepening of reform and opening up,most enterprises in China are facing fierce competition,and the challenges for group companies are more and more fierce.In the 1970 s,most enterprises began to win by strategy.Diversification strategy helps enterprises to disperse business risks,improve their anti risk ability and reduce risk losses.With the rapid development of economic globalization,diversification has become an inevitable choice for enterprises.However,diversification strategy not only creates huge business opportunities for enterprises,but also may cause operational and financial risks.This paper uses the methods of literature research,case analysis,field research and so on.Taking G group as the research object,on the basis of company strategy,it studies the management strategy and financial strategy of G group.There are six parts in this paper:the first part is the introduction,including the research background and significance,literature review,research content,methods,ideas,etc.;the second part is the theoretical basis,including market competition theory,strategic management theory and financial management theory;the third part introduces the basic situation of G enterprise group,and uses pest and SWOT methods to internal and external environment The fourth part analyzes the problems of G group in the process of diversification development,including the problems of business strategy and financial strategy;the fifth part,under the guidance of the overall strategy,develops the business strategy of structure optimization,brand building and internal control system improvement Based on the previous discussion,this paper further studies the implementation ways and guarantee measures of G enterprise group's diversification strategy;the sixth part is the research conclusion and prospect.At present,the research of enterprises is mainly in corporate governance or strategic management.There are few literatures about the matching of business strategy and financial strategy.The research of this paper solves the problems in the development process of G enterprise group,formulates the development strategy for G enterprise group,considers the integration of business strategy and financial strategy,which is conducive to G enterprise group to achieve the strategic objectives;at the same time,it has certain reference significance for other diversified enterprises.
