Electronic Commerce Park Ecosystem Comprehensive Evaluation Research

Recently years, the Park District Economy has rapidly developed. The e-commerce Park plays a crucial role parks in promoting industrial restructuring and upgrading, and promoting economic growth as a strategic emerging economy. At present, China’s development of the e-commerce park still has some limitations, for example, the development model is not clear, operational mechanism is immature and so on.This article will combine the park theory and ecosystem theory, and use the microscopic analysis of system dynamics to analyze the operation mechanism of E-commerce Park. What’s more, it will build a evaluation index system and a model, selecting X park to analyze empirically, and strive to provide theoretical basis of development of the park mode and operation mechanism for the park managers and policy-makers.The main contents are as follows:Firstly, this paper has a detailed analysis of the basic status of e-commerce development of the park through the practice of research, and proposes the existing problems in the process of construction and operation of e-business park. Secondly, it systematically analyzes the operating mechanism of e-commerce parks. It uses ecological theories to analyze the e-commerce park’s ecosystems, and builds its structure, analyzes its characteristics and functional mechanisms. On this basis, it builds an e-commerce park system dynamics model structure, and analyzes the feedback loop of the commerce park’s each ecological communities. Then it builds a systematical dynamics flow diagram from talent, capital, services and policies such four areas, and analyzes the e-business park microscopic operation mechanism in details. On this basis, the park all the influence factors of ecological communities of the electricity suppliers hypothesized, build the measurement indicators, using statistics principle and structure equation is given to prove the validity of the assumption, for electrical business park ecosystem provides the theory basis for evaluation index.Thirdly, this paper builds an eco-system evaluation model of e-commerce park. First is the design evaluation index system of e-commerce park ecosystems, building economic environment, cultural environment, resources and environment, science and technology environment, business enterprise environment, intermediary service environment, financial services environment, science and education services environment, internal support environment and government services such10one-level index system and30secondary evaluation indexes; The second is to build e-commerce park ecosystem evaluation model, and the entropy coefficient model based on the right to re-evaluation index is calculated and it applies gray correlation to analyze the results of data; Thirdly, comprehensively evaluate the X electronic commerce park ecosystems, and comparatively analyze the evaluation results.Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the park’s construction from a complete e-commerce support policies to enhance the level of government services, the establishment of diversified financing channels and increase personnel training and the introduction of e-commerce efforts such four aspects.
