This paper researched the system economy development of Longyun logistics park and system operation pattern inside of the park according to SD. Then found the problems of the system according to simulation emulator. Moreover the paper advanced the effective projects to solvethe problems, which would redound the economy development of Longyun logistics park. At the same time, all of the advices will have importance signification to the development of other logistics park.Firstly, this paper began the study on the connotation and characters of logistics park and analyzed the logistics park system according to increasing high-point theory industrial clusters theory and cooperation theory. This paper also posted the problems in the developing course of Harbin local logistics industry according to policy and economy surroundings. The paper found the trend extrapolate model which avoided the season influence according to real data, and forecasted the demand of region logistics. Then calculated the relation between logistics demand and the factors of society economy by correlation coefficient test, and established simultaneous equations of region logistics economy by measure economy model, in order to clarify the correlation degree between region logistics and region economy. This part made studying elements for setting up SD model of Longyun logistics park, according to the analysis on the surroundings background of system simulation emulator.Secondly, this paper this paper confirmed the consequence feedback chart and the SD flow chart, and also established the SD model of Longyun logistics park, which according to the modeling methods of SD theory, by the system confine which was confirmed by suppose.
