Research On The Development And Performance Of A Securities Company Business Innovation

From the establishment of China stock market has gone through more than20years. In these20years, Chinese stock market has experienced four stages:barbaric expansions, comprehensive management, standardize the operation to the innovation and development of today. In the first three stages, China’s securities companies profit from the main business brokerage and underwriting operations, the profit model resulted in profitability and market trend of the securities companies are highly correlated, with a high degree of stability and cyclical, and increased operational risks, and easily lead to vicious competition. The Innovation Conference in2012opened a new era of industry innovation and development, significantly easing the supervision, industry to business innovation and difference of road.This paper first analyzes the development of innovative business industry basic situation and performance, and points out that the business innovation improves business efficiency, function innovation promotes the comprehensive financial services industry ability, innovation and development promote the competition of industry differences.
