| The national "the Twelfth Five Year Plan" put forward:"in order to promote subway, light rail, tram etc, network construction of city rail transit."The modern tram as a new transportation mode, will become an important force in the future development of rail traffic. In the domestic, Beijing, Changchun, Shanghai, Hongkong etc,6city have already had operation line, while the tram line scale of under construction and planning is very large. Therefore, it is a good time for the tram enterprises to take the industrial development opportunity, to study its own strategy for the further development.This paper has defined modern trams and product competition strategy, used the relevant analysis tool to analyze the strategic environment inside and outside of S Company, determined the tram product competition strategy of S Company. Firstly, this paper summarizes tram relevant concepts and relevant theory and reviews related literature at home and abroad. Then, by the correlation analysis method of PEST, five forces model and TOWS, it, comprehensively, analysis the strategic environment of S Company. Through the analysis of the S Company’s current basic strategy, proposes the company’s future product competition strategy. Finally, it puts forward the implementation strategy and safeguard measures of product competition strategy of S Company. |
