A Study On Construction And Application Of Smarter Tourism Public Service Platform In Jiangsu Province

In our country, tourism industry has been far beyond the category of traditional serviceindustry, turning into a strategic pillar industry and modern service industry. In recent years, withthe rapid development of modern information and communication technology and the increasingdemand of tourism market, the tourism industry has entered the era of smarter tourism. Informationruns through the whole process of the tourism, which is the key to determine the quality of tourism.Tourism public service is a very important support in tourism activities and an important index oftourism satisfaction. Jiangsu province, among the forefront of the national tourism development, isvigorously promoting the construction of tourism province. But in the process of building tourismpublic service, there are still some problems, such as insufficient information sharing, increasingsecurity issues, lack of standards. So building a scientific, comprehensive, efficient public serviceplatform is of great significance to integrate the province·s tourism resources, share the tourisminformation resource, avoid the duplication of investment, meet the demand of touristdiversification and achieve all kinds of services and government management function.Based on this background, this paper firstly discusses the concept and relevant theories ofsmarter tourism and public service platform, and analyzes the situation of construction andapplication of foreign smarter tourism, and summarizes the practical experience, and analyzes thepresent situation and problems of the smarter tourism in our country. Secondly, expound the needsof the public service platform and analyze the basic function, combining with the current situationand actual situation in Jiangsu province, and put forward the overall construction framework, andon this basis, carry on a detailed design on the application system function. Then from theperspective of construction and operation of the platform, this paper puts forward and introduces theperformance evaluation index system, preliminary builds a performance evaluation model toprovide basis to ensure the healthy and orderly operation of the public service platform. Finally, putforward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions of the construction and application of thesmarter tourism public service platform in Jiangsu province combining with the actual developmentsituation.
