With a new integration of communications market restructuring, China Unicom, China Mobile and China Telecom market pattern of the three pillars of initial shape. The advent of the era of all business operations makes communications market increasingly fierce competition, under the new situation, China Unicom take customer resources in market competition, expand market share, to make full use of the fixed network and mobile business advantages, with the aid of WCDMA system of3G network mature industrial chain advantage, on the basis of the existing market marketing system, promote enterprise’s core competitiveness, market environment, the3G era communication channels in its own development, on the basis of strengthening the developing of social marketing channels. But along with the rapid increase of communication enterprises marketing channel network, payment methods, more and more, marketing channels and means towards sustainable development diversification trend, liquidity, marketing is huge, the resulting social channels revenue funds safe hidden trouble should not be ignored. On how to reasonable use and reduce the manpower, financial costs, and can satisfy the channels of social development needs of the company, the effective protection of social channel revenue funds timely collection, strengthening social channel revenue fund risk management, guard against revenue funds run, run, drip, leak channel has become the enterprise risk management and internal control key link.Based on the research and analysis of marketing channel risk and capital risk management on the basis of development, combined with JN company social channel revenue fund existing management mode, analyzes the new phase of corporate social revenue fund management problems. Based on the characteristics of the telecommunication enterprise revenue funds, in view of the nature of problem, put forward the use of third-party payment platform technology, build social channels real-time deduct the system control agent revenue funds, and built a system of revenue fund audit management concept. On the basis of above research, this paper introduces in detail the establishment of the system, the implementation and promotion process, and has carried on the evaluation and summary on the system implementation.
