With the rapid development of social economy, domestic and international market competition intensifies, the postal enterprises, market segmentation and the changing structure of the customer on the quality of postal services and content put forward higher requirements, quality and customer satisfaction has became the deciding factor for business success.This paper focuses on the postal delivery service issues, using the case study method of postal delivery service quality issues related to the analysis, in order to improve the quality of service delivery postal put forward the corresponding management strategies and recommendations.Papers from the case studies background, research questions and research content of this article; thus introduced postal delivery services Description and delivery management issues; on the basis of quality of service management theories and models outlined on the study of the existence of the current postal delivery quality problems and their causes, and then puts forward some measures to improve the quality of service delivery postal proposal.
