The21st century is the era of development from entrepreneurial economic, the competition between countries all over the world is mainly reflected in the ability and level of innovation and venture. In the entrepreneurial economy, entrepreneurial activities are extremely active, the emergence of all kinds of start-ups plays a particularly important role in the development of the national economy, the increase of employment capacity, and the technology innovation. However, with the rapid economic development, business is also facing fierce competition in the market, more and more new enterprises are facing many difficulties. New ventures rely on internal resources can not satisfy the needs of development, and the effective use of external resources is becoming a key factor that affecting the success of venture. Not only social capital is an important social resource that enterprises take participate in market competition, but also the source of enterprise to create wealth and competitive advantage. Entrepreneurs rely on social capital to obtain a variety of information and resources from the network of personal relationships, and to some extent, they rely on personal relationships to make decisions and solve problems. Meanwhile, Entrepreneurs get positive social support from their individual networks that leading to the improvement of the individual entrepreneur’s efficacy, and thus enhance the business performance. Based on the literature review and theoretical analysis, the paper introduces the entrepreneurial efficacy variable into the researching framework of social capital and entrepreneurial performance, and analyzing their relationships explicitly. This paper aims to empirical research on new ventures entrepreneurs entrepreneurial activities, revealing the mechanism of internal relations and social entrepreneurs between capital and entrepreneurial performance.The author summarizes the relevant theories and research results, and establishes the theoretical model according to the social capital theory and social cognitive theory, and puts forward relevant hypothesis. After designs the questionnaires, the author recycles lots of questionnaires from entrepreneurs. This paper uses statistical analysis software SPSS20.0for216effective questionnaires to conduct the reliability and validity analysis, correlation and regression analysis, and finally draws the following conclusions.(1) Entrepreneurial social capital has a significantly positive effect on entrepreneurship performance.(2) Entrepreneurial social capital has a positive impact on entrepreneurial efficacy.(3) Entrepreneurial efficacy has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.(4) Between entrepreneurial social capital and entrepreneurial performance, entrepreneurial efficacy plays the role of mediation. In the end, this study put forward some management proposals from two aspects of fostering social capital and enhancing entrepreneurial efficacy according to the results of the study, in order to achieve the growth of enterprise value.
