A Study Of The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy,Entrepreneurial Resource Patching And New Venture Performance

Under the background of the rise of the nation's "mass innovation and Entrepreneurship" and the reduction of corporate tax burden brought by business transformation,business has already become popular and new ventures are springing up.And entrepreneurship is a process from scratch,in the process of entrepreneurial environment is full of complexity and uncertainty,so as to form new enterprises,how to solve the "new ventures into congenital defect,resource constraints,how to escort for the survival and development of new ventures to escort,how to improve the entrepreneurial behavior of new ventures survive the actual rate,has become a problem that must be solved at present entrepreneurs.Specifically,this paper first expounds the research background of the topic selection,puts forward the research questions and states the significance of the research,and follows the logical relationship between "cognition behavior result",and constructs the technological route of this article.Then,on the basis of the existing theories of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial resources together,the performance of new venture and dynamic environment of literature review and summary,analysis of related concepts the concept,dimensions and influencing factors,to pave the way for construction of the model and empirical research.In the part of empirical research,this paper selects 174 enterprises with 8 years' duration in Hefei and Bengbu as research objects,and collects data through questionnaires.Using SPSS18.0 software for data statistics,regression analysis,finally through empirical test shows that:(1)those with entrepreneurial self-efficacy entrepreneurs can effectively improve the performance of new venture,and his four dimensions have a significant positive impact on the performance of new ventures;(2)those with entrepreneurial self-efficacy entrepreneurs are more likely to take the resources together;(3)entrepreneurial resources together,help to improve the performance of new ventures;(4)entrepreneurial resources together play an intermediary role in significant entrepreneurial self-efficacy influence on the performance of new ventures,including innovation,entrepreneurial resources together in entrepreneurial self-efficacy in identifying opportunities and the risk equivalent sense on new venture performance plays a completely mediating effect,and the relationship between self-efficacy in entrepreneurial management in efficiency Sense plays a partial mediating role in the role of new ventures,(5)in the positive role ofEntrepreneurial Resource patchwork on new business performance,environmental dynamism has a significant moderating effect.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,get some enlightenments about the new entrepreneurial management,for those entrepreneurs who hold entrepreneurial self-efficacy,how to creatively use hand resources in complex market environment,and enhance the performance of new ventures has certain.And put forward the shortcomings of the present research,and then look forward to the future research.
