Study On The Credit Support Of Ecological Agriculture In Anhui Province

In the past our agricultural productivity has been continuous improvement with a lot of the excessive use of chemical fertilizer and pesticide inputs and energy resources as a precondition. Though this has been a powerful boost modernization of industry and society, it would consume a lot less than the per capita amount of natural resources, and caused serious pollution ecological environment, hinder the sustainable development of agriculture itself and the whole society. Experience and proved construction of ecological agriculture can not only accelerate the industrialization of China’s agricultural development, but also can greatly reduce resource consumption and improve the ecological pollution, is the only way for the sustainable development of agriculture. To promote the construction of ecological agriculture by our ecological situation Anhui Agricultural credit support to solve ecological agriculture construction in the main obstacle is the main issue of this paper.Firstly, under the clear characteristics of ecological agriculture witch is different from traditional agriculture funding needs this paper analyzes the main status quo of Anhui’s current development of ecological agriculture, ecological agriculture construction come to the main constraints. Secondly, through the support of ecological agriculture credit analysis of the index system of supply and demand situation in Anhui Province is currently funding the development of ecological agriculture, ecological agriculture credit obtained the current status quo of ecological agriculture supply can’t meet demand for construction funds. Finally, by analyzing the supply and demand of funds reasons put forward on how to improve the effectiveness of credit to support the development of ecological agriculture proposals.Study concluded that at present compared to the early development of ecological agriculture construction in Anhui Province has made great achievements, but there are still many problems in its development constraints, the most fundamental is required for construction of ecological agriculture funds are not met. The money supply, financial institutions and credit support is more able to fit the characteristics of the development of ecological agriculture, it’s the key to the money supply subject. But the development of ecological agriculture in Anhui credit supply is relative lack of credit supply. The reason for this is not only a high risk due to ecological agriculture itself, but also with the current financial services in rural areas of Anhui imperfections and policy support in place relevant, in addition to enhancing the role of policy guidance beyond. In order to improve the credit funds to support the development of ecological agriculture in Anhui efficiency, we must continue to improve rural financial services, increase innovation in credit products and services to effectively meet the funding requirements of ecological agriculture operators.
