After2007,finance leasing isfinally into the healthy and orderly expansion of the fast lane. By the end of2012,China’s finance lease business is second only to the United States in the world,completely changed the world financial leasing industry. However, the rate ofequipment leasing market penetration,compared with Europe and the United Statesdeveloped countries, indicates that there is still a big distance from China todeveloped countries. So, have a further study on the theory of financial leasing is verynecessary.The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between a firm’spropensity to lease and several firm characteristics: tax position, debt, profit, asset,sale, ROE, ownership structure, and cash flow. The hypothesis is tested usingcompanies of transportation industry over the period2011‐2013, First to each indexT test, to examine the effects of single variable. Then use the Logistic model and Tobitmodel to deal with data, tries to examine the index to the influence degree of thefinancing lease, the final research conclusion, and puts forward several policySuggestions to promote the development of financial leasing industry in our country.The empirical analysis of the influencing factors of financing lease may do helpto the tenant for a better understanding of financial leasing; leaser can preliminaryidentify targeting customer groups；thesupervision department may better formulaterules and regulations... |
