CRSC Group SR Co., Ltd. is located in Shenyang, a subsidiary of state-owned assets management committee straight state-owned enterprises, with research and development and manufacturing capabilities, is a professional manufacturer of railway traffic signal equipment. After "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", the Chinese Ministry of Railways established a new development plan, the national railway industry, construction, bringing gold development period. Although SR Co., Ltd. has formed a complete set of planning and goal, but the enterprise must adapt the industry development, in the product development and product structure, product production mode, product service mode, the brand strategy need further adjustment, such ability in signal control technology constantly technology progress, high-speed railway control product constantly developing time to move on.Making enterprise development planning and development strategy, the enterprise will be more big promotion and development.
