Green supply chain management has become the hotspot. Because it is complying with the requirements of the Times, prominently considering the environmental problems, paying attention to recycle waste products, and promoting the harmonious development of economy and environment. The basis of constructing and smoothly operating the green supply chain is government, the core businesses and consumers doing correct decision-making. In this context, the analysis and definition of green supply chain coordination basing on the game theory and the design of the green supply chain coordination framework and methods have important significance for the reality of green supply chain coordination problem.At present, the green supply chain coordination research mainly in the qualitative analysis. They are relatively scattered and plain. What’s more, the maneuverability is bad. So needing further research of green supply chain coordination based on the game method. And nowadays a hot point research is the relationship of two participants in green supply chain. The research about the relationship of tripartite participants is relatively rare. So this is to be further research. From the shallower to the deeper, this paper uses static and dynamic game theory method to study the three participant’s decision-making problem and to coordinate green supply chain based on the existing research results.This paper’s research content is as follows:(1) Connotation and characteristics of the green supply chain management. This paper firstly analyzes and defines related concepts of green supply chain coordination based on the game theory. And then analyzes the relationship between green supply chain game participants. Finally presents the game method of green supply chain coordination and coordination means.(2) Combination Static game and dynamic game. Firstly, gives the basic assumptions of the proposed model. Secondly, works out equilibrium solution respectively using the static and dynamic game theory, then the equilibrium solution and the influence of tripartite participants’ strategic choices is analyzed. Thirdly, proposes government departments, core businesses and consumers how to optimize their interests in specific cases. Finally, through analyzing the interests of the government, the core enterprise and the consumer, designs the coordination mechanism to make the tripartite participants obtain optimal profit. Thus makes tripartite participants coordination and makes green supply chain operation goal smoothly realized.(3) Example analysis. According to the model, solving specific cases to verify and enrich the analysis results. Concluding that in the background of static game mode, the government’s direct control variables which are the rewards and punishment variables for the enterprise and the consumer are the government, the core enterprise and consumers’ the key factors influencing their decision-making.In the background of dynamic game model, when the government’s inspection cost and reward less than the negative external costs of the not green product trading, green supply chain will realize. So the government should formulate reasonable awards.In the end of this paper, summarizes to full text, points out the shortcomings of this study, and prospects further research work. |
