Research On Project Implementation And Controlling Of Supplier Management For AG Corporation Under Supply Chain Environment

As market competition intensifies, the current competition between enterprises has evolved into the supply-chain and supply-chain competition. Suppliers is in the supply chain front, is the most direct factor of production affect the operation outside the firm, and is also one of the key elements to ensure the quality, price, delivery and service of enterprise products. Supplier management is the foundation and starting point of supply chain management, by studying the criteria for supplier selection, supplier evaluation factors, suppliers selection steps, in order to establish a partnership relationship between suppliers and purchaser.And form a dynamic, optimizing supplier database, which reduce the number of resource market vendors, optimize the suppliers’structure, establish an information sharing platform for the formation of long-term, innovative supplier management system. This paper focuses on the following three aspects:1. By theoretical analysis, mainly discusses a detailed analysis and supplier management on the research status and related theories. Research analysis at domestic and abroad, focusing on domestic and international research on supplier relationships, supplier selection research, suppliers and supplier alliance of Evaluation and Research conducted in-depth analysis of current situation.
