Therefore, the enterprise how to fully tap the inner potential employees, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees for the enterprise to create greater interest, the maximum incentive all employees so as to produce a better performance in the electric power enterprise, the rapid development of today will become more important and urgent and needs. Power system and a factory after separately, the electric power enterprise facing new development and challenges, the result is must to market competition, so how to design a set of scientific and effective perfect incentive mechanism system, becomes a very valuable research subject.Based on the incentive theory and incentive mechanism and incentive correlation theory research in the foundation, the union SH company’s incentive mechanism are reviewed, and the development of the incentive mechanism of the existing problems were expounded.
