Salary system is our country modern bank governance structure is the important constituent,is effectively retain high-quality talent,ensure employees working for the bank,an important means to enhance the core competition of the bank.In this paper,the incentive theory as the starting point,the X city of China L bank staff salary incentive program for the study of the subject of the relevant research.The article analysis the L,X bank employee compensation incentive schemes of the basic problems and the reasons,L,X bank staff salary incentive scheme for the relevant optimization design,and puts forward the basic safeguard measures,and the optimization solution.First of all,the thesis analyzes the L,X bank analyzes the basic situation of salary incentive system,including staff and compensation mechanism research,the situation of wage and salary incentive scheme competitive situation,the present status of incentive schemes fairness,on the basis of analyzing the L,X bank problems existing in the current incentive scheme,analysis shows that L city X bank's current salary incentive system still exist many problems,the salary incentive effect is not good,paper further analyzes the L,X bank in detail the basic failure modes of the current incentive schemes.Second,the thesis discusses the L,X bank optimized design scheme for the establishment of compensation system.Paper illustrates the basic ideas of compensation incentive system optimization scheme,and analyzes the basic work of its staff,including a basic description of staff positions and staff positions,the basic evaluation and then puts forward a new kind of salary incentive scheme,namely hybrid compensation incentive system.The advantage of this new type of salary incentive system is according to the different positions,different characteristics of employees for the corresponding incentives,on this basis,illustrates the basic content of salary incentive scheme optimization design,including the establishment of the overall compensation basic scheme,the establishment of the welfare system,the basic strategy of long-term incentive,the determination of basic performance appraisal standards,etc.,that the optimization of salary incentive scheme has very important significance,Finally,the paper explains the L,X bank pay incentive scheme to implement the basic safeguard measures,these measures mainly include basic prophase work seriously,improve the implementation process,strengthen the establishment of the human resource management system,strengthen the management of compensation and so on.Through the implementation of these measures can ensure the L,X bank salary incentive scheme of smooth implementation,ensure that play a role of the corresponding salary incentive system.Papers through the L,X bank compensation incentive system analysis and optimization design of salary incentive scheme of exploration,conducive to the construction of the bank's salary incentive system,to improve the staff's working efficiency,is beneficial to realize the rapid development of the bank,to constantly improve the core competitiveness of Banks.
