In the context of global economic integration and the full opening of China's financial industry,the competition of commercial banks is becoming more and more fierce.Banks play a very important role in the country's economic development.It provides funds for the national economic construction,provides financial services for residents and supports the development of enterprises.lf the commercial banks want to continue to grow and develop in the fierce competitive environment,they must actively adapt to changes in the external situation,try to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.And the quality of staff and work efficiency are the key and decisive factors of comprehensive competitive ability in enterprise.At present,because of the unreasonable and imperfect salary system in many China's commercial banks.not only affect the employee's enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,but also lead to the loss of key people of many commercial banks,the decline in the competitiveness of enterprises,and directly affect the bank'seconomic benefits and the ability of sustainable development.Therefore,in this paper,based on the overview of FuXin bank and the theory of salary incentive management,moreover,draw on the achievements of research on salary incentive at home and abroad,elaborates the present situation of salary incentive for employees in FuXin bank,the existing problems and reasons analysis.ln addition,using the results of a questionnaire survey,based on the analysis of the reliability and validity,data are processed by structural equation model.The results show that the influencing factors of salary incentive of junior staff at FuXin bank are position factor,enterprise factor and social factor.Then,according to the above,design a diversified salary incentive system for junior staff at FuXin bank.Finally,in view of the above problems,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve effectively.
