| Since2004, China has built19000km of High-speed Rail. With the powerful ability of passenger capacity, high density departure rate, strong stability, High-speed Railway has been the core of development of regional traffic. High-speed Railway can put a plurality of city together so as to construct a regional or corridor with good accessibility. In addition to having significant economic effects, High-speed Railway can also improve traffic attraction of city through the expansion of transport capacity, saving travel time, extending travel range, ensuring transportation safety, and develop potential and attraction of the city by improving the science and technology level of city, saving social resources, reducing environmental pollution.Although the High-speed Railway could enhance the overall agglomeration effect along the city, but not every city on line can receive the same promotion. The difference of impact of High-speed Railway on the urban attraction was researched in this paper, and the findings are as following:(1) Based on the inner correlation between surface tension and the urban attraction, the current research situation of High-speed Railway effect on regional economy and the urban attraction in domestic and foreign. The theoretical analysis of the High-speed Railway impact on urban attraction was sorted out based on the analysis of the relevant cases, which is analyzed at different parameters from three aspects:the comprehensive strength of city, accessibility and population mobility. Moreover, the mechanism of High-speed Railway impact on city attraction is summarized based on the result of the analysis.(2) Combined theoretical analysis with the actual data in recent10years of the cities along High-speed Railway in Fujian Province, the differences of High-speed Railway effect on the city can be quantified in the three aspects:comprehensive strength of city, accessibility, population.In the research of the urban comprehensive strength, urban comprehensive strength index of the eight different cities in recent10years were obtained by using the method of factor analysis, and the correlation of High-speed Railway and city comprehensive strength were calculated by using the regression analysis method. According to the analysis results, the different effect of High-speed Railway on urban comprehensive strength was obtained.In the research of accessibility of city, the influence of High-speed Railway on travel time among cities in Fujian Province and the neighboring cities was firstly analyzed. And according to the weighted average travel time model, the weighted average travel time of the city and the rate of change is calculated when the High-speed Railway is built before and after. Finally the different impact of High-speed Railway on city weighted travel time was summarized based on the empirical analysis.In the research of population mobility, the relationship between flowing employment population and High-speed Railway was analyzed by using regression analysis. At last, according to the relationship, the different influence of High-speed Railway on urban employment population mobility was summarized.In the research of urban attraction, based on the model of effect of High-speed Railway on the urban attraction, the different influences of High-speed Railway on urban attraction in the8cities of Fujian province is empirically Analyzed. Finally, combining the analysis result with the empirical analysis results based on the last three aspects to explore the original different impact of High-speed Railway on city attraction. |
