| As the "capital economic circle",the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is the political and cultural center of my country.The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is one of the three major national strategies in my country,and it also plays a very important role in the development of the country.The national "14th Five-Year Plan" pointed out that it is necessary to speed up the network of rail transit in urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas,and improve the depth of traffic access in rural and border areas.This makes the development and improvement of the county rail transit network particularly important.In the future,my country will achieve railway coverage of cities with a population of more than 200,000,including high-speed rail access to cities with a population of more than 500,000.Today,my country is about to usher in the era of high-speed rail.Therefore,a comprehensive analysis of county accessibility and regional economic impact can further understand the benefits of high-speed rail.Adapting measures to local conditions lays a theoretical foundation for the future construction of high-speed rail lines in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and also provides theoretical support for the future development and improvement of the county-level rail transit network in the BeijingTianjin-Hebei region.This thesis takes 2 municipalities directly under the Central Government,11prefecture-level cities,21 county-level cities and 97 counties in the Beijing-TianjinHebei region as the research objects.Firstly,three accessibility calculation methods,namely shortest travel time,weighted average travel time and daily accessibility,are used,and Arc GIS spatial analysis and mathematical statistics are applied.Under two different research scales,city level and county level,the evolution analysis of accessibility changes in three time scenarios of the era of unopened high-speed rail(2007),the era of high-speed rail construction(2014),and the era of high-speed rail status(2019)were conducted..Secondly,using the least squares regression model and the geographically weighted regression model,taking the two scenarios before and after the opening of the high-speed railway as the time section,the economic impact of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei county is analyzed and studied,and the spatial heterogeneity of the different influencing factors of the county economy is analyzed.The results show that in terms of accessibility,the improvement of accessibility at the municipal level in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is significantly greater than that at the county level.And from the visualization results,it can be seen that the spatial change of accessibility has obvious traffic direction,and the opening and operation of high-speed railway has effectively improved the accessibility of various regions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.And the improvement to the southern fringe area is much greater than that of core cities such as Beijing and Tianjin.The overall spatial pattern of accessibility still shows that high-value areas are concentrated around Beijing and Tianjin,and the areas far from central cities have relatively low accessibility and uneven development,indicating that the construction of the railway network in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region needs to be further improved.In terms of economy,the economic level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has significant spatial aggregation characteristics.The spatial agglomeration characteristics of county economies are mainly characterized by the “high-high” agglomeration around Beijing and the “S”-shaped “low-low” type around the capital.gather.This paper focuses on the analysis of the spatial heterogeneity of different economic activities,and finds that high-speed railways have different effects on different economic activities.In summary,this thesis puts forward policy recommendations for the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region: Consider planning a railway or high-speed rail line between the southern Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region such as Shijiazhuang to the northwest.Make up for the shortcomings of the northern region of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and alleviate the problem of uneven development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Based on the development needs and economic conditions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei counties and cities,actively promote the construction of a comprehensive transportation system,and actively promote their own economic development by making the most of the "high-speed rail dividend".Strengthen the construction of high-speed rail and rail transit around the city of Beijing,continue to improve the accessibility of railways in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei counties,change the current situation of unbalanced development as soon as possible,and promote the integrated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. |
